Hello, I'm Dana Weimar, the founder of Pastry Pedaler. Baking was always a big part of my life growing up and was important bonding time with the women in my family. As a young adult, I spent 8 years working at Ben & Jerry’s stores where I put that same passion into decorating cakes. Cycling is my favorite activity and allows me to eat all my favorite foods! So I decided to incorporate both of them into this venture of doing something I love that I can share with others. My baked goods have been featured at fundraisers for local non-profits like So Say We All, and I’m always baking for my friends at Coffee Cycle. I’m excited to now offer that baked-in love across my local community!
